Official Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is 850 PTY LTD, trading as Eight Fifty Espresso Co ("Eight-Fifty Espresso" or "the Promoter").

2. Promotional Period

The giveaway commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2026.

Only eligible purchases and successfully processed subscription orders made during this period will qualify for entry.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and parties directly involved in administering the promotion are ineligible.
• Participants must make a qualifying purchase or have an eligible coffee subscription order successfully processed during the Promotional Period.
• No additional entry fee applies beyond the normal purchase price of the coffee beans.

4. How to Enter

Customers will automatically receive entries into the giveaway when purchasing Eight-Fifty Espresso coffee beans during the Promotional Period.

Entry allocation:

• Each eligible bag of Eight-Fifty Espresso coffee beans purchased equals one (1) entry.
• Purchasing three (3) bags in a single transaction equals three (3) entries.
• There is no maximum number of entries per person, provided each entry corresponds to a valid, eligible bag purchased.
• Entries are automatically recorded using the customer's purchase details.
• No separate entry form is required.

Subscription Customers:

Customers with an existing or new recurring Eight-Fifty Espresso coffee bean subscription will also be automatically entered into the giveaway.

• Every successfully processed subscription order during the Promotional Period qualifies.
• Each bag of coffee beans included in an eligible subscription order counts as one (1) entry.
• For example, a customer receiving one bag per week over four successfully processed weekly subscription orders during November will receive four (4) entries.
• Customers do not need to cancel, modify, or re-register their existing subscriptions to participate.
• Subscription orders processed outside the Promotional Period are not eligible.

Refunded or Cancelled Purchases:

• Any purchase that is cancelled or refunded will have its associated entries removed from the giveaway.
• Where only part of an order is refunded, the entries associated with the refunded bags will be removed.
• Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid transactions will not qualify for entry, subject to applicable law.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligible purchases before awarding the prize.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

• One (1) brand-new Breville the Barista Express® Espresso Machine, model BES870BTR4IAN1.
• Two (2) 1kg bags of Eight-Fifty Espresso coffee beans, in the winner's choice of available blends.

The prize is subject to the following conditions:

• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The prize cannot be transferred to another person.
• Coffee bean selections are subject to availability.
• The prize will be supplied and delivered by or on behalf of Eight-Fifty Espresso at no additional cost to the winner.

Total prize value: $719.00, including GST.

6. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
• The draw will take place on 1 December 2026.
• Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.
• Customers with multiple valid entries will have a corresponding number of chances to win.
• The draw will be conducted fairly and randomly by the Promoter.

Draw location: 12 Short Street, Southport, QLD, 4215.

Draw time: From 8:00AM - 4:30PM AEST Tuesday 1 December 2026.

7. Winner Announcement & Notification

• The winner will be announced on 1 December 2026 through Eight-Fifty Espresso's official social media channels and/or website.
• The winner will also be contacted directly using the email address or telephone number associated with their purchase or subscription.
• The winner may be required to verify their identity and eligible purchase details before receiving the prize.
• The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner.

8. Prize Claiming & Unclaimed Prizes

• The winner will have 30 calendar days from the date of the draw, until 31 December 2026, to claim the prize.
• To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the Promoter's notification and provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery.
• The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner during the claiming period.
• If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, the Promoter intends not to conduct a voluntary redraw, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Any unclaimed prize will be retained, awarded, redrawn, or otherwise dealt with as required by the laws and regulatory conditions applicable to this promotion.

9. Prize Delivery

• The prize will be delivered to an eligible Australian residential or business address nominated by the winner.
• Standard delivery costs will be covered by Eight-Fifty Espresso.
• Delivery timeframes may vary based on location and availability.
• The winner must provide accurate delivery details.
• Nothing in these conditions excludes the winner's rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and the eligibility of entrants.
• Any entry found to be fraudulent, invalid, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified, subject to applicable law.
• The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion only where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• If the specified prize becomes unavailable, any substitution will be of equivalent or greater value and subject to any required regulatory approval.
• The Promoter is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used to:

• Administer and manage entries.
• Verify eligible purchases and subscription orders.
• Contact and announce the winner.
• Arrange delivery of the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Participation in this giveaway does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.

12. Social Media & Brand Disclaimer

This giveaway is independently conducted by Eight-Fifty Espresso.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

Breville is not a promoter or administrator of this giveaway.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable Australian laws and consumer rights.
