The Anatolian Black Bean is a single-origin marvel, sourced exclusively from the high-altitude regions of El Salvador. This coffee comes from SHG (Strictly High Grown) areas, ensuring that each bean reaches its full potential in the rich volcanic soils. The blend is composed of Pacas and Bourbon varietals, each known for their distinct flavour profiles:

Pacas: A natural mutation of the Bourbon varietal, Pacas is known for its balanced and sweet profile, adding a smoothness to the blend.

Bourbon: Revered for its complexity and depth, the Bourbon varietal contributes to the rich and nuanced flavours of the coffee.
