The Theringian Bean is an exquisite coffee blend that marries the rich coffee traditions of Brazil and PNG Chimbu. This blend encompasses:
Brazil (Mundo Novo and Catuai Varietals): Brazilian beans are renowned for their full-bodied, chocolatey profiles. The Mundo Novo and Catuai varietals contribute a deep, sweet base to the Theringian blend, reminiscent of Brazil's lush coffee landscapes.
PNG Chimbu (Arusha and Bourbon Typica Varietals): From the highlands of PNG, these beans bring a vibrant, fruity acidity and a unique floral aroma, adding a refreshing contrast to the Brazilian beans.

The Theringian Bean benefits from a combination of natural, washed, and fully washed processing methods:
Natural Process: Predominant in our Brazilian beans, this method imparts a rich sweetness and full body to the coffee.
Washed and Fully Washed Processes: When used for our PNG Chimbu beans, these methods enhance the coffee's natural acidity and clarity, ensuring a vibrant and clean cup profile.
This blend of processing methods results in a coffee that is complex yet accessible, capturing the essence of each varietal in a beautifully balanced cup.
ESPRESSO PREPARATION
- Grind: 22 grams of finely ground Theringian Bean espresso roast.
- Yield: Target a 44-gram yield for a perfect espresso balance.
- Pour Time: 29-30 seconds extraction.
- Temperature: 91 degrees Celsius for optimal extraction.

Extraterrestrial Coffee Lovers and the Theringian Coffee Bean: The Story of Sarah's Cosmic Morning - It was just another ordinary morning for Sarah. As she prepared breakfast, an unusual sight caught her eye – a glowing spaceship, hovering just outside her kitchen window. A ramp extended, and out poured a group of petite, purple aliens. Intrigued yet cautious, Sarah approached the extraterrestrial guests.
"Greetings, human. Take us to your coffee.
Sarah, taken aback, rubbed her eyes in disbelief.
"We have travelled hundreds of billions of light years in search of a caffeine fix. There is a dire coffee shortage in the universe. Please, take us to your coffee."

"This is good coffee. Who is it?" asked one of the curious beings.
