ESPRESSO PREPARATION
- Grind: 22 grams of finely ground Beetal Bean espresso roast.
- Yield: Target a 44-gram yield for a perfectly balanced espresso.
- Pour Time: 26-30 seconds extraction time.
- Temperature: 91 degrees Celsius for optimal flavour extraction.
