- Grind: 22 grams of finely ground Kamori Bean espresso roast.
- Yield: Target a 44-gram yield for an ideal espresso balance.
- Pour Time: 26-27 seconds extraction time.
- Temperature: 91 degrees Celsius for optimal flavour extraction.
